Activity 1:
The children will read The Very Hungry Caterpillar online from the website and they will go on the journey with caterpillar as he goes from an egg to his cocoon. They will count all the things that he eats and the will name all the different colors that they see in the book.
Activity 2:

learn how to count with little spider in this fun online game.
Activity 3:
Pull up a coloring page from a smartboard website and let the students color the pictures. The fun thing to do would be to have different coloring pages from different Eric Carle books and the students can make the different animals whatever color they want.

games, mazes and coloring pages that your students can do on the computer. They all
have to do with Eric Carle books.
Activity 5:
Have the students create their own stories with the pictures from Eric Carle’s books.
Activity 6: http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/whatisweather/aboutweather/cloud.shtml This website teaches the students all about the different kinds of clouds. This also has some fun games that you can do with clouds.
